Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require that you reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 48hrs before the appointment time.

Late cancellation and rescheduling charges are:

2 days before the scheduled appointment - 25% of appointment fee

The day before your scheduled appointment - 50% of appointment fee

On the day of appointment or no-show - 100% of appointment fee.

Once payment has been made for your appointment, any cancellation charges will be deducted from that payment. The remaining amount can be used as a partial payment for future appointments, but it must be used within one month of a late cancellation or no-show. Failure to use the credit within the specified time frame will result in the expiration of the credit.

Payment for Your Appointment Policy

We offer various payment methods for your convenience, including credit or debit card payments through our online platform, over the phone, or in person at our clinic. Additionally, we also accept cash payments at our clinic.

Please note that the payment for your initial appointment must be made at the time of booking. If you have provided your card details, your subsequent appointment will be charged a few days prior your scheduled appointment. For those who prefer to pay by cash, you can either pay at the time of booking or visit our clinic to make the payment.

Credit/Debit Card Payments are processed through our payment gateway Stripe.
