Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require that you reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 48hrs before the appointment time. Late cancellation and rescheduling charges are: 2 days before the scheduled appointment - 25% of appointment fee The day before your scheduled appointment - 50% of appointment fee On the day of appointment or no-show - 100% of appointment fee.
